If your friend messed with your Jeep and it wont start it will probably have something to do with the solenoid. Get a voltage tester and test all electronics before starter. If no luck you should probably tell your so called friend to fix it, if they don't you should introduce them to your fist.

 

Tell your friend to fix it, If he refuses call the cops.
