S10 Blazer part out qustion
So I have been looking into doing the BP for my rear leafs(Already have 3.5in coils) and today I was looking on my local craigslist and a guy is parting out a 97 S10 Blazer and I was wondering...
1) Is this year compatible with an 01' XJ to make a BP?
2) If so how many miles on the leafs is acceptable to still get decent lift?(looking to get around 4)
3) And what is an acceptable price to pay for them?
I have already emailed the guy asking if he still has them just waiting to hear back but any information would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Oh and I know there are tons of threads on here about this already. Been looking at them all day and just wanted to clarify a few things. Thanks!

I cant remember when they changed the body style, but when they did they lengthened the spring to improve the ride. The long ones will not work as well.

Well I think 97 was the newer style so that was more than likely when they decided to do that. Do you happen to know years that work better?
