It bolts up to like the factory but runs from wheel to to wheel with the drag link bolted to a block welded into the tubing of the tierod

I made my own was going over the knuckle but because of the size tubing I used I was loosing alot of steering throw when turning because the tie rods was hitting my diff cover.

If anyone is interested I have a set of Dana 30 steering knuckles already drilled and reamed for 1 ton tie rods 50 plus shipping email me at nitrorob_12@yahoo.com(you will get a faster response since I don't check the forums during the day).

i use the rusty's steering upgrade. works fine, so far. much better than the crap stock setup. i usually bent the drag link every time i went out.

i was gonna get the rusty's otk, but this kinda fell in my lap when i really needed it.

i've now picked up some 1 9/16 0.25 DOM tubing that i will probably either sleeve the rusty's, or build a new setup.

wtf do you guys keep dissing rusty's products?

Not me I have been very happy with my Rusty's parts with the exception of my track bar, but I have now upgraded to the HD frame mount.
My list of Rusty's part are 4.5" lift with leaf packs, front coil spacers, front tow hooks, steering box brace. I have installed there lifts on other Jeeps I have owned in the past and have also installed them on friends Jeeps.

Here is my only problem with the track bar

Upgraded to this

But I do need to lengthen my track bar now but I'm going to wait till after I do the WJ steering and brake upgrade since the track bar axle mount needs to be moved up.

I think the only thing folks talk down about with Rusty's is their standard track bar because it tends to break at the tre frame side. I personally would use anything of Rusty's other then the track bar.

I am curious what kind of issues you had with RE in respect to specific parts?

more than that, for me at least. I broke a leaf spring in one of my packs. Took 2.5 MONTHS to get a replacement. Luckily i went with a different setup and didnt really need it (besides to sell it).
