Rusty's glass fenders and flares
I'm considering doing the Rusty's fiberglass fenders and rear flares. Does anyone have any expirience with either of these products? How is the fit and finish on the fenders? How are the the rear flares compare to bushwackers?

i have 0 expericence with the front glass flairs. I've seen them before, but it looked like a 5th grader painted them so I spent my time looking at that rather then the body gaps. The rear flairs I have on my truck, in the superflex version, not the FG, but the shape is the same. They are pretty similar to buschwackers, cut as much body as you feel comfortable cutting off an xj and attach. rustys attach to an external flange so you can see the bolts or rivets, while bushwackers go on the inside.
I love my rustys flairs, but if i were to do it again i would get the iceland off road flairs, they are by far the sexiest i have seen, and redonkulously strong. a tad pricey, but if i remember correctly so are the FG fenders.

Wow, those do look really good. With these Iceland and Bushwacker flares, do the instructions require trimming and rolling the wheel lip on the rear quarter?Mine is already trimmed and rolled. Will this be an issue for either of these flares?

i would say no issue, i know the rustys flairs are as big as the wheel well so you can cut / trim / roll untill the side sheet metal is flush with the wheel well, not really recomended due to pinch seam, but the flairs give you enough room. the icelands offroad flairs don't look any smaller, havent checked out installation instructions though

the iceland fiberglass flairs are tough, go to their site (link posted in my previous post) and they have a youtube video of them runnng them over with that xj and they are fine. May be a little weaker for impact, but FG is a lot easier to fix too.
