Rustys brake line bracket.

How do you go about installing the rear brake line extension bracket with the rustys kit.
It says to remove an e clip or something like that and install the new bracket into the frame. I have found a few places in the forums about this but theres very little detail and little or no pics.
Please help so I can finish and get this beast on the road.

the e clip is what holds the rubber line in place to the junction on the hard line at the body.
also fwiw....i didnt install the extension bracket. I installed a rear rubber brake line from a YJ that was 3-4" longer and works great on my 4.5" lift.
