Default runs rough

i cant figure this out when i start up my jeep i drive about a block or 2 then it will run rough for about 15 seconds if i rev it up it will go away and will run just fine it does it every time i shut it off and restart, i replaced plugs air filter, wires, changed oil i can figure it out
any ideas thanks

Is it running rough at idle, or under throttle?

its runs rough every where for about 15 seconds if i tap the throttle it will go away and run fine and it smells rich for that 15 seconds then it will run fine

Sounds like a definate CPS problem as it would cause running rough, and it would get worse as time goes on. And the CPS also works with the TPS to make sure the right amount of fuel/air gets in the cylinder.
