Hi

An '01 Cherokee six cylinder I'm troubleshooting runs great when cold but after its warm up it begins to skip, the check engine light flashes and starts skipping on number 6 cylinder. When you step on it, it breaks up really bad, you get multiple skips from other cylinders on my test scope.

So far, i've changed spark plugs, cam sensor, both front O2 sensors, cleaned the injectors, changed the coil pack, changed control module, and tested fuel pump which maintains 44 lbs pressure. Nothing has solved the problem.

Has anyone else encountered this problem and what did you do to fix it?

Thanks for your help, this is my Father-in-Law's Jeep and he is driving me nuts everyday about it!

Did you measure the fuel pressure when the defect occours?
