Ok just started my jeep after a couple days and started fine, then i held it at 1000 rpms, it held it for about 10 to 15 secs then its just like i let off the gas, but i haven't. then when i do let off it dies. it will idle fine and it will rev up fine just if i haol at a steady rpm it drops then will die if i let off the gas. any ideas?

 

Start by thoroughly cleaning the TB and the IAC.

 

Also clean your CPS connection. CPS usually will cause no start, rough idle, missing, stalling, dieing. Basically anything wrong with your engine can be a CPS lol.

The connector is at the back of the valve cover on the right side. If you are unsure what the connector looks like check a autozone website for a pic of the part and your connector. there are prolly 5-6 different CPS connections for some reason I think they changed it every year cause the Jeeps SUCK A--
