Default Running Lights/Front Turn Signals not working

Ok, So my side turn signals work (#2 in attached image) and flash when the left and right turn signal is on. However a problem seems to lay in my front running lights/turn signals (#1 in attached image). The turn signal function works properly, but the running light portion does not. I've removed the bulbs and tested them (9 volt battery with leads to the terminals/contact points) so I know those are good. Next it would seem logical to test the sockets, however both sides don't work on the running light function, so this seems like it's more logical to find the common trigger that turns the running lights on, somewhere upstream in the circuit.

Anyone have any advice on a better common point to check?

In front of the air cleaner is a 10 wire plug that carries all those circuits. Unplug it and clean it out with electronics cleaner first.

Those circuits have nothing to do with the lights. The fuses and circuitry for the headlights and running lights is in the fuse panel on your passenger seat floor

Listen to Cruiser54. If not resolved, check your grounds.

Yep ^^^ check that bundle, then grounds.... sorry newbie, but there is only one fuse that powers the lights in the front. If it was was all the lights then it would be fuse/ relay problem but this is one side, the we know of
