Default Rubicon Express SYE experience?

I am thinking about buying one. They are different than most as you don't have to split the case. You don't get the added length but you do get a CV joint and slip in the middle. Anyone every run one?

there expensive....... i would just get the Yoke from a TH350 and a Front Drive Shaft from a Auto XJ and be done.....Still require cutting. Withe the Eliminator Kits you get more Splines on the shaft and thats what makes it stronger.

the yoke from a TH350? How does that attach? Doesn't it bolt into the shaft on the end? Do you have a picture, please? Thanks. Just when I had the same question.

its the same spline count as the NP-231 transer case...you just cut 2" off the TC output shaft and 2" off the yoke than drill and tap the center of the output shaft for a Stud then bolt the yoke down and bolt the XJ Front Shaft to the Rear....Easy and cheap.

I ordered one last night should be here in 3 days or so. I'll let everybody know how it works out.
edit: I don't like the idea of using the smaller weaker front ds for the main ds

been done by many without any issues.......you would probally break the spider gears or a axle before you broke the driveshaft.

I just bought the iron rock hack n tap kit that comes with a refurbed front shaft. The cheapest one I could find at a JY was $50 if I pull it and the iron rock one was only 80 with a new u-joint.
