first, make sure you're not driving a tj.
seriously tho, if it's coming from the front, check your ball joints and hubs, if it's from the rear, check your shackles to see it they're seized.
maybe you have nitrogen shocks, i don't like them as they will give a harsher ride than hydro shocks.
