I have a Rubicon Express full lift kit 4.5" (full leaf packs and new lower and upper control arms). I currently have 245/75/16 tires on it, and am buying a set of used 285/75/16 tires to go on it. Inch specs are 32.8" diameter, 11.2" wide, 16" wheel diameter....
I am wondering if these tires will fit on the Jeep with the stock fender flares and bumper caps (front and back), and the stock wheels (Cherokee limited alloy wheels)? I do not want to do any trimming at this time and do not want to change wheels.
I would like to know if I will have to buy spacers for the wheels so that they don't rub in the front end and so that that don't rub the rear end leaf springs.
Does anyone have a Cherokee stock with only a 4.5 lift and able to run these tires. I would really appreciate an example...
Thanks guys...

best idea is to not trim and flex out on the trail.
The tire will rip off the crap thats in the way, and youll be forced to trim to make it look better. lol
With the proper bump stops you can run bigger tires withou rubbing at the sacrafice of flex. I came here to post 35 x 12.50, until I saw you didnt wanna trim.
I think they would fit, they will probabaly rub at full lock without a spacer, bolt em up and try em

i have the 5.5 express lift with an extra inch body lift up front with those same sizer tires with no rubbing, except when i am full turning and hit a big bump. But you may be cutting it close. if so just throw on a cheap 1 inch body lift after the 4.5 rubicon express and youll be fine

X2!
then it wouldn't be a body lift
cut or bump if it rubs, really the only options other then more lift. I don't know good/bad with a factory wheel offset...
Steel wheels cost about the same as good spacers...

Alright well.I guess I've got an overall idea tjat new tires wont fit.... damn.... haha. Excuse the language....
So here's a list of items I might need..
-1.25 wheel spacers.
-1-2" coil spacers for front end
-1-2" lift blocks for end

they can fit. I had a 4.5" RE lift, non adjustable short arms. I would rub wiht 32's. but my problem where the wheel the PO put on as it had to much little back spaceing, also my arms where not adjustable and the axle set in the back of trhe wheel well. I would guess that if i had adjustable it would've worked fine. people run 33's with 4.5" all the time.
