Default RPM drop while driving

When driving every once in awhile my RPM will just drop. Sometimes it happens during acceleration or just coasting.

It use to drop and the car would turn off. After replacing CPS it happens less often and doesn't die but recovers. I also cleaned the IAC

The only thing left I can imagine of replacing is fuel pump or TPS.

Occasionally it takes a few seconds for the the car to crank and start. If that has anything to do with it.

And obviously it happens so intermittently that I can't check fuel rail for pressure.

What do you guys think?

Did you clean the throttle body when you did the IAC? When was the last time the plugs were changed?

Also, my gas gauge tends to move alot before it settles at the actually measurement. And it always takes forever to start after pumping gas

A cursory check of the fuel pressure wouldn't hurt anything. You can borrow a gauge set from Vatozone for free. Did it it have a code before you replaced the CPS?
