rough idle when warm

rough idle when warm
seems when my cherokee is warm and i turn it off and i come out and start it up again it will idle rough like its missing for a little.. it goes away pretty quick
replaced the spark plugs maybe 2,000 miles ago it was doing it before i replaced them

vapor lock. winter fuels are very volatile. try insulating your fuel lines that are close to the engine/exhaust
