Rough idle/bog at start up..randomly

Rough idle/bog at start up..randomly
I have a 00 xj that (randomly) bogs or runs rough only at idle. I was thinking bad fuel but am not sure.
Also on another note I have 31"s with a rough country lift and rub?? Andy advice on trimming (i did a little but still rub)
Help please!

Gotta start with fresh plugs when symptomatic. Best choice for your 00 are NGK and be sure the gap is at .035
Cleaning both the throttle body AND the idle air control is never a bad idea as they get carboned up over time and miles.
