rough idle after complete tune-up.

think i might have found the problem. My oil kinda smells like gas and the jeep is running rich, so i think it might be the fuel pressure regulator. What do you think and where can i get a tested to make sure.

I just bought a 1999 Cherokee Sport with 6 cyl. engine. I'd like tune up specs and directions. It's been a long time since I looked under the hood and could identify stuff. All my later year vehicles were alien.
