Question Rough idle

I fully understand that everyone has probably at one point asked this question on this forum, but my question hasn't been answered yet. Every once in a while my 01 Cherokee will have a tremendous shaking idle from a cold start and it happens at under 1,000 rpm's and is when the motor isn't above 100 degrees in temperature...now it will break free of this rough idle after about approx 3 min or so and then she runs just fine. Ive done some poking around and have cleaned my injectors and used "dryer" in my tank because of the amount of water in the gas now days, but cant narrow it down far enough. Any help would be great help.

I had this issue except mine was when you would start it hot, like 5 minutes after you shut it off.

New engine temp. sensor fixed this for me. This is a cheap, easy DIY fix so might as well give it a shot. It makes sense anyway, if that sensor is bad it is not feeding the correct info to the ECU to determine fuel trim.
