I bought my xj with the 4.5 rc in it already i like it but i wish the po wouldn't have gone the cheap way with add a leaf (going soft already) Do it the right way first with full packs.

I have a 3" RC lift. Springs and add a leaf. It all depends what you want to do with your ride. Mine is a lil stiff and rough on trails. But then again maybe the 4.5 kit rides better. just my 2 cents.

I had no complaints with my RC lift. I believe the RC 4.5" lifts now come with different shocks?? So possibly a better ride now?

I agree. I have RC 4.5 on 33's. The only thing I have problems with is the add a leafs sagging. Saving for full packs.

Are 33's as big as you can go with 4.5 lift without shaving anything? ?

With my 33's I had to trim my front and rear flares but only at the bottom. It would be nice if they were gone altogether when I'm out on the trails but I have a hard time taking a cut off wheel to rig.

i am finally getting close to ordering my RC 4.5" N2.0 kit with rear springs.

N2.0 stands for nitro 2.0" shocks compared to the hydraulic ones in the 3" kit's.
