I'm thinkng of getting drilled rotors for my 01. Mine are shot and warped to hell. The listing states this:
11 1/32 inch diameter 3 1/16 inch overall height

Is this the only size my cherokee comes with? My jeep's at my buddy's torn to pieces and i can't check at the moment. If anyone knows, lemme know.

the only difference you will notice with drilled rotors is a lighter wallet and your brake pads not lasting as long

yes this is what i've always heard on the internet but my experience with them is the opposite. I got lucky and found powerstop slotted rotors and hawk pads for $100 (everything) on ebay two years ago. I stuck em on my tj and OMG, it stopped on a dime. It was a huge difference. After 1.5 years of driving with the setup, the pads were still at full thickness. Maybe i'd lose like a couple motnhs worth of pad life but not much. The hawk pads are $50, not too bad.

Since that setup stopped my 33's just fine, i'm sure it'll be great on the xj with 31's.
