Default Roof Racks?

just wondering what everyone's opinion on roof racks was? i have one on my 97 but im not a big fan of it. i never really need to use it. im thinkin of taking it off and putting all 4 lights on the front bumper. anyone have an opinion or maybe interested in a roof rack?

I say nix, really hurts the already bad aerodynamics (but mines a dd). If you can keep the spare in the back, what I plan on doing is buying a tire carrier and bolting a truck box to it.

sorry, no name on the basket. has 4 locks on it with keys(if that narrows it down, idk) not real strong, should hold a spare pretty easy tho.

i haven't really noticed. i can cruze at 90 pretty easily even with the 4.10 gears. maybe ill take it off and see what kind of a difference it makes on the highway.

im not a fan of them because if your going to load things on there it makes it even more top heavy. plus ive taken a fullsize spare off the roof racks and put them back up and its a pain, plus i cant even imagine puting a ice chest up there. i ended up building a rack that goes into the receiver on mine.

true, when ya get into the 33-35" tires sizes it would be a pain to get one of thoes up and down from there.
