Roof rack help

I currently have a roof rack and i would like to know a site that has the mounts for the rail bars, kinda like the gutter mounts out there but for the rails. I do not want to mount on my rails because my tire is to heavy.

I have a Thule MOAB rack and their crossbars and mounts that mount directly into the factory rail bars. The Thule 430 Tracker II Foot pack will work in the factory rails. I know Yakima has the same thing, i have Yakima gear on my camper, but their rails are not a strong.
