i am getting ready to buy a roof rack and was wondering what the standard size would be

nothing with aftermarket parts is "standard"

Wouldn't you just order the one you want if it "fits your cherokee"? IDK either its all dependent on the maker.

39-1/4"W x 43-1/2"L x 4"H, and weighs 17 lbs.

this is the roof rack i'm planing on getting what do you think of the size

they also make an extension for this rack to make it 64-1/2" do you think it would look better with the extension

looks like it might fit, but make sure the maker says it will. The look is all on you. I would consider what I am going to be using it for and if you need the extra room.
