Default roof liner billowing

My roofliner has started to billow out on the driver's side when the windows are open on my 2000 XJ. The liner is spotless and no tears or rips, so I am reluctant to start pushing it back with a putty knife, and I know I'm gonna get it dirty.... so is there a quick, easy, clean way to tighten it up?

No the foam that is glued to Headliner is falling apart , the only way to fix it is to replace it .

Yes, they are used to hold arm covers or doilies on chairs. I got them when I bought my first Laze-Boy.
