Default Roof leaking

Hey all, hopped in Jeep yesterday and noticed my coin tray had water in it, dafuq? Looked up and saw a water stain on the headliner going from the passenger side to the center-top of the windshield. My guess is water is leaking from the factory rail somewhere, although all the screws are there and I don't see any gaps. Cracked seal? Remove rail and silicone around the holes?

I'll take a look. Glanced at the outside of the trim, appears to be ok. Once I get home I'll pull it back a little and take a look.

Sounds like a common problem like Andrew said most of the time though caused buy rust behind the windshield at the top leaking. Can be repaired with the windshield removed in any case the seal is bad up there.

Thanks Fred. My windshield needs to be replaced anyway. I guess I'll do the glass and seal at the same time.

Only places it can leak there is the top of the windshield or your roof rack that's about it.
