Default rocker replacement, what have you done?

I'm sure the topic has been posted before, but have not been able to find it. I'm going to be cutting out my rusty rockers and replacing them with some 2x4 steel stock. I love the Gen-right ones but dont want to wait for there production. So i'm making my own. Just thought I'd get some ideas you all may have about this. Criticism welcome.

This is something that I am looking to do in the near future. Do you have any more pics of them? From under the truck? Thanks and sorry if I'm hi-jacking.

Heres a bottom top and side view. The bolts you see in the second pic are large self tappers that run through the sheet metal. The squair tube in the first pic has a bolt welded inside of it and runs through to the inside of the body and is sandwiched with a 2x2 square washer 3/16 on the inside. I sealed them with black RTV to the body.

Nice job. I was planning on welding mine though. Are yours bolted because of the differance in gauges of metals or just your preferance?

I was going to weld them on, but I wanted to be able to take them off if I wanted. If I were running serious rocks all the time, im sure you could find a way to rip these off, if that were the case I would weld them on.
