Which is better? Do I change out the other 11 or just the one? The odd ball was definitely running quieter than the others. I'm going to get the number and chase it down to know what application it is actually for.

The holes in the rocker that are the subject of this thread are not there to lubricate the pushrod to rocker interface. They are there for splash lubrication, thus my statement about flow vs. pressure. I have doubts that reducing the size of those holes will have a significant impact on the oil pressure in the hydraulic lash adjusters. The orifices in the HLAs themselves should provide proper pressure, rather than a hole downstream of the HLAs.

Of course it does.
Then out of the pushrod to lube the rocker and valve stem tip. Notice how much the inside piston in that animation is moving after it fills with oil? They do not move like that under pressure while running, they are are almost rock solid. But to the spring and one of my original curiosities, I wonder if the spring is just too light to keep these snug?
