Reverse flow pump id

My new pump that I got has a BR on the neck. Can you tell me if this is a
reverse flow? I thought it had to say rev
on it. Thanks alot.

Thanks. I did not look before replacing it and now it heats up rather quickly. The t-stat housing is hot but the rad and coolant in the rad is cool to the touch. Fluid bubbles out of the rad cap like it's pressurized when I loosen it off.

Sounds like you have air in the system. Make sure you bleed all the air out. There are many good threads on how to do this! Good luck and keep us posted

As advertised. Burped the system. Took a while. I was not waiting long enough for the t-stat to open. Once that happened it was just a matter of patience as I filled it with 50/50. Thanks again fellas.
