Lightbulb Retreads?

i have an 87 4cyl cherokee, and it is no longer my daily driver, i wanted to lift it more and put on some bigger tires, i plan on going with a 4-4.5in lift and 33s... the problem is im 17 and cannot afford the expensive parts i'd like to have, i heard good things about retreads from treadwright.com, and the prices put the project in my price range, does anyone run retreads, specifically from treadwright? i read the article in peterson 4wheel and offroad, but they did not put enough mileage on the tires to really test them...

i have run re-treads on semi trailers, but totally a different area from what your talking about. only problems we ever had was when driver's ran full loads in extremely hot weather, really gotta watch tire pressures then. high temps with full loads and low tire pressures, just asking for trouble.
on any tires!

I have read enough reviews and threads online that I am sold on the MTR look-a-likes.
my next set of new tires will absolutely be treadwrights for the price they cant be beat.
if you get em make sure you let us know how you like em and which type you get

I run them, they are awesome. I started a thread all about them, in which several others who use them have given their experiences as well.
