Replacing window trim?

Replacing window trim?
My side trim is all wrinkled and nasty on one side and my local JY just got a nice 99. Can I get this trim off it, if so how to remove without damaging ?

You have to remove the door panel and smaller piece of glass to get the whole track. There is a screw at the top and a small bolt on the inside of the door, and sometimes a rivit holding the outer door skin to the track. There is also a bracket with two bolts that holds the small window in place, remove thabracket and pull the glass out after rolling the window down. It's kind of a pain and time comsuming, but it can be done.
