I have a 88' cherokee XJ, and the tranny is going out. I have a rebuilt tranny, new torqe converter, and fly wheel to install and before I tear into this I wanted to check for last minute advice. If you have done this and have any sugestions on how to make this as painless as posible I would greatley appriciat the heads-up!

 

Install the torque converter onto the tranny first, prevents damage to the pump.

 

thanks, how much fluid do I put into the torque converter befor I install it?
