Replacing leaf schackle

I want to replace the rear leaf schackle and rear eye leaf bushing. Do i need to drop the whole leaf or can i just unbolt rear leaf eye,then replace schackle. I want to try to avoid the front bolt on the leafs.

You should be able to do it without messing with the front bolt.
