Default replacing fuse panel?

I recently got a 92 cherokee and the heat does not work. I have been lookin and discovered the fuse port on fuse panel for blower motor is burned up and melted pretty bad. I have searched on here and most people say it is blower motor causing it. so I know I have to fix that. but now I need to replace the fuse panel where it is burned. is this a major job or plug and play? where do I start? Thanks for any advice

as long as you get the same fuse panel, and to be safe, from the same year, then it is just plug and play.
remove the mounting screws and unplug the harness from the rear and replace.
there may be a wire or two plugged into the panel from the front, just unplug them and plug them into the new panel before you hook the battery back up.
