Default Replacing Front Clip (Header Panel)

So..the front clip on my new 00' is busted to hell. I havent ever taken one off, or apart..doesnt look hard..just screws, maybe a few bolts. Im replacing just the header panel..found one on ebay that comes with a new grill, headlight bezels, turn signals, side markers..the hole deal.

Couple questions..Where all does the header bolt to?
Also wondering..do the headlights mount directly to the header panel, or is there another piece that they mount to?

I just know how my header is now if I push on it my headlights move with it..but I cant tell if they mount directly to the panel, or if the headlights mount to another piece..that then mounts to the panel..

Input appreciated.

They mount to the panel , real easy to replace granted all the screws and stuff come out. The P.O. of my xj super glued everything on

4 or 5 nuts along the top under the hood, don't forget the 2 in the corners, then a couple more behind the headlight bezel that attaches to the fenders.

very easy. make sure you get one from a 97 up to 01.

Yup..Dont want the old style.
So..is the adjuster for the headlights built onto the header?

Also..how hard is it to swap a hood? Got a brand new one..

yes, adjuster is built into the header.

and yes, the hood is very easy. just pay attention to the spacers as they come apart.
lining it up perfectly could take a bit of time tho, but the swap is easy.
