Default Replacing cat and o2 sensors, best of online?

Hey guys, my mileage finally went down to 12mpg after being a 17mpg and 20mpg for one tank, but then the check engine light came on.

At first it was some emissions code, then it flat out said the cat was done when it hit 12mpg.

I have been looking online, and will have some money soon. Instead of paying $140 for a cat and $60 per o2 sensor at autozone I'd like to find something that'd cheaper online that would be better or the same.

For the catalytic convertor, I was looking at Magnaflow. They have a model for around $115 that is the most expensive for the Cherokee. I'll probably go with that one.

As for the o2 sensors, I am going to replace both, but where to get them?

I found them here for $28. http://www.partstrain.com/store/deta...ar#eas-reviews

Any suggestions?

I'm curious about the O2 sensor as well. Has anyone had experience with the universal fit for XJs in terms of fit/quality?

Where did you find a $30 O2 sensor on ebay? The only ones I'm seeing are in the neighborhood of $50.
