replacing brake hardline? will this work?

will this work to connect the hardline to the brake fluid container and the rear brake hose. any other tools i will need other than something to cut the steel line. and 3/16th is the correct size right??

Those are the right parts, but you'll need a double flaring toolkit to make the fittings up.
