We've just replaced the radiator on our 99 XJ Cherokee sport and are having problems getting the top radiator support plate back in. It is getting hung up underneath on the bolts that hold the smaller air conditioning radiator. Does anybody have any suggestions?

 

Not really understanding what you are saying but pictures might help.

Sure you have the 2 posts on the bottom of the radiator in the holes in the crossmemeber?

 

Did you take the square rubber top mounts off the old radiator to put on the new one?..The new ones dont usually come with them
