Replaced Head Gasket, Now Idle Low- Need some help.

I would lean towards a vacuum leak first. The IAC is located right by your tps on the throttle body. It can often get coated with the same gunk covering your tb, so if your tb is really dirty, there is a good chance your IAC is dirty. Most of the time, you can unhook the wire, take the 2 screws out holding it in, pull it out, and clean off the head. I also took q-tips and cleaned out the socket the IAC came from because it was very dirty also. Takes like 30 minutes to do and it can't hurt.
