Default Replaced Everything, Still Won't Turn Over HELP

98 Cherokee 4.0 . Began to shut off while driving and would restart fine, but would still shut off randomly every time it was driven. Then it began to not turn over with the key after it would shut off, but would turn over and start up at starter solenoid mounted on side of starter. Now it will not turn over with the key at all, only at the starter solenoid. Replaced ignition switch, replaced battery, bypassed Neutral Safety Switch, replaced starter relay and the fuel shut off relay . Cleaned all the plug pins for the brain box and backed the screws out on the brains outer shell in case they were shorting out. Still will not spin over with the key , only by jumping off the starter solenoid. I do not have an aftermarket alarm and can't see any evidence of a factory one either. Anyone that can help I really appreciate it.

Manual or auto? DOH!!! the NSS should have given me a clue.

Check fuse 19 in the junction block and fuse 10 in the PDC.

yup start with fuses then check and clean all connections again, then if you can get a short finder and start lookin for shorts, get a wiring diagram also and visiually inspect the wires if you can, also check for opens with your test light

I suspect a problem with a connection to your ignition switch. That would fit the symptoms.

Check you have 12v at the yellow cable at your ignition switch when in the start position. This yellow cable supplies fuse 19 in your junction block. Fuse 19 supplies the starting relay coil via a yellow/red cable. The other side of your starting relay coil is earthed via your NSS. Fuse 10 in your PDC supplies permanent 12v to your starting relay (yellow cable), and the coil switches this to the starter (brown cable).

Hope that helps.
