Default Repair exhaust manifold or buy a header?

The flange broke off the bottom of my exhaust manifold. Should I try to get it welded back on or spend the cash and upgrade with a header?
I don't want to do this repair again anytime soon and I don't know if welding the flange back on will work or last.

It's for a 1998 xj 4.0

Any input is appreciated.

Thanks,

Just upgrade your goin to have to pull it out either way might as well do it once, and not worry about it.
