Default Renix TPS Issues-- Need Help!

What's up guys? I finally registered my Winter Warrior. Its an 89 Cherokee 4dr, limited, 4.0, auto.240k.

Anyways, the TPS was junk and the truck wouldnt shift out of first until like 30mph and out of second until 58 mph. I bought it from a guy who said "it needs a transmission" lol.

So, I get the new TPS and go to install it. BOTH bolts on the old one broke off flush into the throttle body.

Ive got the new TPS just wedged in place, but obviously I couldnt adjust it. Truck shifts fine now though

How do I go about removing those two small bolts that broke off? Do I have to replace the whole throttle body? I really hope not.. Thanks guys -Paul

I'd remove the throttle body and clamp it in a vise and start drilling out the bolts and then re-thread the holes.
And for future servicing use anti-seize on the new bolts so this does not happen again.

or if this is just a winter truck.. go the easy route and use glue and duct tape to hold it on.
