Something is still loose, worn or out of adjustment in the front suspension and steering components.

The usual suspects.
Track bar at both ends.
Trackbar frame side bracket loose.

make sure when you tightened up the bolt you didn't slide the control arm back that will change the caster on the front end and lead to the wobble

Get under the front of your Jeep and have someone turn the steering back and forth. Look for loose rod ends, worn bushings and egged out mounting holes.

Seeing as you've already had an issue with the CA's. be sure to look those over with extra attention.
