Did Cruisers ground cable fix nothing changed, checked voltage with meter got 14.54 at battery post. Checked voltage at gauge fuse got 13.89 at supply side and 11.38 on gauge side. So I decided to do the jumper trick from ant slot on fuse box which read 14.01 when tested. Well this causes great gauge readings. But also causes e-brake light to be constant on with key off when brakes pulled on. So for smits and giggles I installed a new fuse reading was better but not accurate still. So had a spare circuit breaker laying around stuck it in and gauge read great .Not sure why fuse reads different than breaker but it worked. This picture shows reading with Ac on with high blower and head lights on.Im happy another easy fix...

Huh...Funny! Maybe the breaker has a diode in it? If it fit's the other way that might answer that.

A diode ya know is like a one-way valve. If the breaker has one in it, that might explain why it works and the fuse doesn't.
