I’ll replace next week the very noisy fuel pump and the fuel filter.
I did not replace the full distributor because it starts well (3 seconds) and runs well on the road.

Where are the meter leads connected and what are you trying to determine?

I was doing that part of the Tip :

3. Touch the black lead of your meter to the negative battery post. Wiggle the wiring harness where it parallels the valve cover and also over near the MAP sensor on the firewall. If you see more than 1 ohm of resistance, or fluctuation in your ohms reading, some modifications to the sensor ground harness will be necessary.

My question is about the reading on the multimeter. I am not sure if it is below or upper than 1 ohm ...

1.8 ohms is a little high.

Refresh my memory. Have you actually refreshed the ground at the dipstick tube stud? removed and cleaned.
