Default Renix to H.O swap/fusion

Alright guys, I'm having a bunch of issues with my engine. Freeze plugs, knocking, lack of power, and over 215k miles. I have found a 95 4.0 motor with computer fuse block and wiring harness with 125k miles for $300. In you're best opinion what should I do? Do a complete swap? Or a fusion keeping the remix setup with the ho long block? And if so explain the process and what extras I may need. I've done a bit of research but as always it's a bag of mixed results. So I'm starting a new thread. Sorry if there already is one. The app isn't great at searching for topics. Thanks in advance
