Default Renix Fuel Rail Schrader Valve

I have a 1990 XJ. The schrader valve on the fuel rail started dripping yesterday. Where can I get a new valve core? Would rather not replace the entire fuel rail if I can help it. Thanks for the help guys.

You'll want a schraeder valve tool as well. Exactly same tool used for bicycle valve stems.

I installed the schrader valve and primed the system multiple times. No leaks. Have not started and ran the jeep, it's partially disassembled - not in any condition to be running right now. At least this way it will stop pissing gasoline while I am welding on it.

Hah, at first all I could imagine is you welding on the fuel rail and that's why the valve failed

Thankfully no. I was checking clearances on the long arm setup I am installing, measuring for shocks. Had to cycle the key to unlock the steering. I started tacking a bracket on the driver's side when I smelled gasoline. Found the schrader valve dribbling fuel. Wasn't much, but was enough to make me uneasy welding on the jeep.

I don't blame you, a small bit of fuel can lead to a very big fire fast
