What O2 sensor should my Comanche have? I looked up the order info for the O2 sensor I have and it's a NTK 23151. When I go to look up to order a new one in rock auto it comes up with NTK 23553. I'm sure when I ordered it I either used a part number someone on the forums said, or the part rock auto said worked. I'm not sure why the numbers aren't lining up. The plug for the O2 sensor is the right plug.

Well I guess I'm an idiot and somehow ordered the wrong number. Not sure what I was looking at when I bought that. I guess I'll order the right one and see if it works any better.

Wow I'm getting even more turned around. That sensor was actually for my Cherokee. I apparently replace the Cherokee and Comanche sensors around the same time. I have an AC Delco 213-1299

Alright, I was watching the REM after starting the Jeep. It revs up like most renix do when first started, then it idled down to 750-1000. I saw the REM switch to closed loop and it went up to 1500, then a few seconds later it switched to open and it dropped to 750-1000, then it went back closed and went back up again, and this time when it went open the idle stayed high.

Then what?
Have you ever observed the MAP sensor values when operating the throttle?

I suspect the engine is getting extra air from somewhere else.

I ordered a new exhaust manifold for the truck and it should be here today. If it comes in I'll get the truck torn down and maybe in the process I will find an air leak of some sorts.
