Renix egr air tube? Any idea on fabbing one up?

Renix egr air tube? Any idea on fabbing one up?
Okay so pulling the manifolds and that darn little tune for the egr broke, of course you can get one for the price of gold from the stealer ship! I was wondering if anyone had successfully fabricated one and how did you do it? My brain isn't working great today so I have few ideas! Thanks for the help
