Renix? AW4? other options?
So I see all this renix talk for one. I'm a jeep newbie so I'm hoping to get a few things figured out. I'm assuming the Renix motor is not the H.O. correct? And is Renix short for anything? Also I see people talking about transmissions, and Aw4 being one of them? How do you tell which one you have and which is the best to have? Sorry for my n00bness

The Asian Warner is the automatic trans most use. 90 was the last year of the Renix system, then HO. Renix is in Wikipedia. And don't be sorry! Welcome.
Edit/added: After Renix was actually OBD I. Also in 91 they went to the HO head.
