Update: It looks like I need to find a way to remove the brake caliper bracket while the shaft, rotor, wheel bearing, and caliper are still attached.

I'm trying to plan how to cut through my brake calipers and a few other things to do some magic on my CAD axle. Does anyone have an exploded view diagram of the axle and the brake setup? Cruiser?

 

I need to somehow cut this out since the bolt was murdered. This has to be cheaper than pulling an entire axle from the yard.

 

Seems like later years fit except its all one piece. My issue is, the brakes and rotors are still on and sttuuuuckkkk.

 

What's wrong with the bolt(s)? Hex rounded off?

Grind the head of the bolt(s) off.
