Removing seats and carpet...

Model: Grand Cherokee
Engine: 4.0L 6 CYL
1995 Grand Cherokee. 160K miles, solid everywhere that I can tell. I intend to use it only for hunting and fishing.
I'd like to remove the rear seats and ALL of the carpet. Do you guys think that could remove all the brackets and bumps and either rhino liner spray it or even fully clean, hard primer, and epoxy enamel black?
